Amanda founded MMD Events in 2005. She has spent the last seventeen years mastering the art of event design and production in a way that never feels tired. Her creative mind has brought countless events to new heights that our clients never thought possible. She is always striving to bring more to the event world. She has built profound relationships with event retailers in the Tampa Bay area and across the country, ensuring that every event exemplifies the best of the best. Her business acumen along with her artistic power puts her at the forefront of the event industry and the perfect person to turn your event dreams into reality.

Elizabeth Rodriguez

Growing up in Key West, a top wedding destination town, Elizabeth knew she wanted to pursue a career in the event industry from a young age.  After graduating from Florida State University in 2015 with a degree in business and hospitality, she found her niche in the world of event production and design. Elizabeth has extensive knowledge of the current and upcoming trends in the event industry. Her organizational skills and logistic thinking ensure that all of our events run as smoothly as possible. She is extremely skilled in generating precise floorplans and renderings for our clients and her ability to pull inspiration into a seamless design is unparalleled.

Jenna Kirkland

managing director

Born and raised in Tampa Bay, Jenna has always gravitated toward the creative field. Having been to countless weddings in the area, she was interested in learning more about the design process. After graduating from Florida State University in 2019, she started her internship with MMD Events and never looked back. Jenna manages all office operations and procedures. She is in charge of all orders for events and making sure everything runs smoothly. Jenna has incredible relationships with all our vendor partners and spends lots of time with each of them ensuring that we are all in sync and ready to meet our client’s expectations on event day. She is able to answer any questions you may have about our business and how we work!
